Get To The Core

Choosing authenticity and living your life in alignment with your core is a defining moment. When you choose to take action to support your decisions true transformation takes place.

I know a little about you. You're ready for some real growth in your life. You believe that you can create what offers you joy, happiness, and personal meaning. You know that you are made for more, you just can't seem to focus on it.

I also know that you may not have taken the time to explore and define your core values. And that has, perhaps, left you feeling stuck in life. Maybe you haven't taken the time to really reflect on what makes you tick? What makes you come alive? What goals and dreams are important to you? You're struggling with how you can consistently make choices and decisions that really reflect a difference but still aligns with who you are in your core.

Core Values

What are core values?

Your core values are the foundations of your goals. They guide you, like a compass, through your dreams and aspirations. They're not just a collection of words on a list in a notebook. If you use this information correctly, they can help you make better decisions and support you in so many areas of your life.

Core values are guides that dictate your behavior and actions, deeply rooted beliefs that drive your decisions. These principles are ingrained and help you declare who you are and what you stand for. Like the old saying, "If you don't know what you stand for, you'll fall for anything."

There are too many of us sacrificing who we are, just to live up to expectations we never agreed to.

We betray ourselves and turn our backs on our own core in order to fit in or be liked. We abandon what we know because it's easier to go with the flow, or being misunderstood and judged.

Inside we're dying to be able to say who we are and what we stand for... to bring out what is inside of us. We want to live our lives in a way that makes sense and brings meaning. A life by our own design, doing what we were created to do in this world.

Why discover your core values?

The first step in becoming your authentic self is knowing who you are.

+ You'll make decisions and stop feeling overwhelmed when you have choices to make.

+ You'll be confident about your goals in life. Align with your core will keep you from actions and decisions that are not for you. Use them as a signpost and guide.

+ You can stop diving into things that aren't meant for you and starting stuff and not finishing it. You can create your map and plan.

+ You'll know your 'why' in all your activities.

+ Goal setting will be much easier and all your goals can be traced back to your values.

Being able to refer to your core values when making strategic decisions about what you want to create and why is a gift that you can give yourself right now.

If you find yourself looking at what everyone else is doing, copying, and wondering why it's not working, well, it's probably because you are way off the path with your core.

You're here to tell your story... why you exist and the difference you want to make. Serve better.

Follow my R.E.A.L. Process

  • Reflect

We look to see if your current values are truly yours. This may be eye-opening and reveal that many of the values that you thought were yours, actually belong to someone else.

  • Explore

We identify what matters to you, your rules of life, promises you've made yourself, and vows that you've kept. We do some exercises that identify your true core values.

  • Align

Once we solidify your foundation, we address where you are and are not living in alignment. We create a plan of action for alignment.

  • Live

You live out the plan, with a stable core to make sound decisions. To help you stay aligned with your personal development and growth, once the session is complete you receive email/Voxer support for 30 days.

"When writing the story of your life, don't let anyone else hold the pen."

- Harley Davison

My goal isn't to just help you find a set of words so you "know your values", but to help you live the most authentic version of yourself, which includes supporting you to live in alignment with who you are and what you were put here to do.

Core values work is deep work. Sitting down and giving yourself the time to dive into this work is a little tricky.

You might wrestle to come up with answers to the questions, you might question if you are speaking your truth or someone else's, you may even find that the questions create a new problem. Once you know what you are standing for you'll have to work out new ways to show up in the world.

This is deep work, but so well worth it! It would be my honor to walk alongside you through it.
